Frequently asked questions

Short answers to common questions about TFON machines and processes. For line-specific detail, our applications team is one message away.

What is a deburring machine?

A TFON deburring machine raises productivity: it saves time and labour in production, runs faster and more consistently than manual work, and shortens the time needed for deburring.

What is a straightening and stress-relief machine?

It is used on metals such as carbon steel, stainless steel, galvanized sheet, and aluminium after cutting processes (punch, plasma, oxy-fuel, laser, etc.) to remove surface burrs and sharp corners.

What is a manual deburring machine?

Thanks to its vacuum table and various consumable options, it lets you process multiple parts at once and covers the same process range as the TFON Surfacer® series.

What is a beveling machine used for?

Beveling machines prepare plate and sheet edges for welding with a consistent chamfer or groove. TFON beveling systems are built for repeatable geometry, safer handling at the weld cell, and predictable throughput on shift work.

How do I request a quotation?

Send material type, thickness range, part size, and target throughput through our contact form, or email drawings and tolerances. We route technical questions to applications and commercial items to sales so you get one coordinated reply.

Do you offer after-sales support and spare parts?

Yes. After-sales covers spares, consumables guidance, and uptime-oriented support. Describe your machine model, serial context if available, and shift pattern—we respond with the next diagnostic or parts step, not a generic ticket.

Which materials can TFON leveling and stress-relief lines handle?

Typical applications include carbon steel, stainless steel, galvanized steel, and aluminium in sheet form. The workable thickness window and roller configuration depend on the model—share your grade and thickness spread so we can align roller count and gap strategy with your reality.

Do you support export and documentation for international projects?

We routinely support export programmes with documentation aligned to shipping and import requirements. Flag your destination, incoterm preference, and any local electrical or safety norms early so engineering and logistics stay on the same schedule.

Where is TFON based and how can I visit?

TFON Leveltech is headquartered in Konya, Türkiye, with manufacturing and engineering on one campus. Visits are scheduled through sales or applications so the right specialists are available—use contact to arrange a time.

Still unsure which machine fits?

Send your scope—we answer with a clear recommendation, not a brochure dump.
